About

Life can be very challenging, especially if you struggle with mental health issues along the way. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and ADHD 7 years ago. This was affecting my personal and professional life, my body, mind, and soul. When I started therapy, I began to slowly regain control over my life, and one of the most powerful tools I relied on - and still do- is journaling. I’ve experimented with different types of journals and planners throughout the years and finally found the best format for me 2 years ago. It has helped me tremendously finding myself and creating more balance and peace in my daily life.

This experience got me to creating the Therapy Workbook. The goal is to provide support, encouragement, and love to those who struggle with mental issues as I have for many years. The Therapy Workbook is a way to help me and you heal, cope, and overcome. Whether it’s lack of motivation, depression, or an eating disorder, you can find the workbook that will best fit your needs.
